aromatic beef stew w/ butternut squash--tomato base, seasoned with cinnamon, cumin, red pepper flakes and fresh ginger/garlic/onions.

served with a side of couscous.

I love couscous and anything resembling Morroccan Cuisine. Next time you are in NO I highly suggest going to Jamila's. Tunisian, but very similar.

Very reasonable. The entire Maple Street corridor is worth every penny. Try Jamila's, Neauxla and let me know what you think.
