I know everyone is playing Modern Warfare 2 right now, but assassin's creed 2 comes out next Tuesday. Is anyone else as pumped as I am for it?

Doesn't seem so as most of us have real lives to lead.

You never just sit around watching TV or anything that might just be a straight time waster

My roomate in college played the frick out of the original Assassin's Creed among other things.

Seemed pretty boring after a while, jump here, do ridiculous flips off this wooden post, stab someone, repeat.

Damn. That just seems a little unnecessary. To the OP, I am looking forward to this game. Don't have much time to play, but I think I will make some time.

I do that, but I feel this guy is going to play this game for 3 days straight with no shower. Sort of like the South Park WoW episode, "Mom, bathroom, MOM BATHROOM!".

BTW, just giving him a hard time, I don't care what someone does with their free time as long as it doesn't affect me.

Yeah the first one was pretty repetitive, but this one is supposed to have a lot more weapons and even some da vinci weapons. The setting is better too, Renaissance Italy>>> 11th century middle east

The preview on South Park pretty much sealed it for me. I was already gonna buy it, but now I'm sure I'm gonna like as much, if not more, than the first.

First one got too repetitive for me.

The designers have said that they did away completely with the mission design and created a new one. Hopefully that means no more "eavesdropping" missions where you just sit on a bench.

I can't wait...I played the first one exponentially more than COD 4 and will probably do the same with the 2nd as I'm already pretty bored with MW 2
