I actually used Liu Kang and spammed the bicycle kick move.
My other choice was Raiden when I was fighting against someone playing sub-zero.

Easily Sub-Zero. I didn't know many people who liked someone other than him (a few Scorpion fans though). I did know a dude who was straight lethal with Raiden though. Used to piss me off.
