That's one we will regret.

There are only so many scholarships that can go to receivers in a class.

Why? Once Pellini got a hold of him and actually got him to a decent playing weight, he only ways 160 lbs., his speed would have been gone.

No surprise there. That's the way this was going to end since the summer when he didn't earn an offer at camp.
He's one of those guys that will probably contribute there but wouldn't here.
Best of luck to him...........but I hope he doesn't win a single college game.

Speaking of guys that might contribute at Nebraska but wouldn't here, anyone know how Clean's boy PJ is doing?

there are too many great players in Louisiana for LSU to take them all- there are some that get away that we might regret

there are currently 16 guys from Louisiana committed to BCS conference schools not including LSU. There are a handful of others committed to out-of-state CUSA schools. And that's not even counting guys like Trovon Reed, James Wright, Jonathan McKnight, Harold Legania, and Alex Hill, who all have BCS conference offers, and anywhere from 3 to all 5 of those kids could be going OOS to play. I'm sure there are others with big offers that I missed, there are around 90 kids total in the state with offers so far, but that will probably expand by the time it's all said and done.

I forgot about him.
I haven't heard anything about him honestly.
All I ever hear about is Cooper.

Which of our WR recruits / prospects would you trade for Carter?

I can name one for sure and that is Fobbs. I think Curtis Carter is better. But we are still recruiting Fobbs hard.

I got a question, who is better Curtis Carter or Bradley Sylvie? The reason why I ask this is because I think Sylvie gets an offer next year.

Its Bradley Sylve, and yes hes a better slot receiver.

I will also agree that its Bradley Sylve. If he is not returning kicks and punts back as a freshman than Miles truly will not play any freshman. He will be what Trindon Holliday was suppose to be.

Is the 4.37 and 41" vertical legit?
Posted on 10/23/09 at 8:53 am to tigercavor
Wish we could have offered him, just a numbers issue.

Sylve is a legit track guy too.
So we get a two-sport guy.
