spain game was lucky but if you beat spain, i am giving that the nod over a costa rican tie on home turf regardless of the circumstances.

Casey is awful. I didn't think Rogers was too bad, but I do think a couple of times he was trying to get a foul instead of worrying about playing soccer.

I'm glad some of us have been calling for Torres for idk how long and he's finally put in and immediately contributes. I also love that Clark didn't play. I liked the subs tonight, but I wish Casey would have gone out first.

He's always like this. I have no idea how he pulled that performance off against Honduras.

He is the least talented and laziest player on the team.

What an unbelievable finish, to preserve our undefeted home record and it was John Bornstein perhaps our weakest link (he did play well). Wonderful subs by Bob: Rogers, Cooper and most of all Torres played outstanding.

They may not have won it for Charlie but they fought like hell not to lose.

Have to admit, I loved the flares and passion in the crowd tonight. Let's go with more of that from now on.

Yeah, that's a good guess, but I'm not familiar with that guy at all. The low character limit on Twitter makes it unappealing to me.

Charlie Davies is the man.

That was an awesome tribute to him.

Does anyone know what's going on with Demerit and his infected eyeball? I hope he'll be able to play soon.

Now it also seems like Jones will be out until early December as well.
