I was told the same thing about him when he was hired. I didnt believe it at the time. Now, Im not sure. Crowton did great at Tech, but they didnt play anyone.

My grandpa is a huge BYU fan and he said LSU made a huge mistake by hiring Crowton at the time Miles hired him.

I have agreed that Crowton was a bad hire the whole time. But this is a great article that his the nail right on the head.

Wow! Scary how accurate he has been. I feel like I read one of Nostradamus's quatrains. Thanks for the link.

I remember reading this back when we hired Crowton. I thought that the guy was full of it and just had sour grapes. It seems like he was absolutely right. I've thought about what he said this season.

I posted something similar to this including stats prior to last year. It's been termed the "Crowton effect". Starts out strong and progressively gets worse.

Fans are short-sighted though and the offense he brought in 2007 doesn't let them see the trend during his entire career.

If Miles pulled the trigger on Malveto, why wouldn't he do it to Crowton?

this link was crazy in relevancy to today, and you know, Crowton does seem like a really nice guy, but he is not cutting it...I just hope we don't get a "quality, need for want, looking at this, fixing that" load from Coach Miles, I would hope he wouldn't tarnish his name for sticking with an OC that's not producing. Bless Crwoton and his family, but bless them elsewhere.
