I'm kinda shocked by this pick. The Hornets do have a preseason game at 1pm at the NOLA Arena on Saturday.

Nah the NFL is a lot more popular. And it really has to do with timing. CP3 would be good for a November game once the NBA gets cranked up. The Saints are hot and a great story right now.

I could be wrong, but wasn't CP at the Xavier-LSU basketball game last year?? I know Posey and a few others were there pulling for Xavier. I love CP, but I'd still rather have a former Tiger.
