was a NY strip guy for years, but the bone in ribeye may have taken over.

I would assume you can get it even at places like Albertson's right? They have it in Albertson's in Cali...and dirt cheap usually. I guess red meat is evil out here, good for me.

Matherine's and Calandro's has good bone in's especially if you ask them to cut you some fresh.
