...the Jets then went for their next best option? Might this deal have been in place in the event it became evident they wouldn't get Crabtree?

Wow......he gets in trouble in cleveland and now will be in the city that never sleeps. I foresee more trouble. He won't like it when Bart Scott intros himself and lets him know where he stands. He will be traded or cut eventually.
