I too love the angel food cake with strawberries.

I do my strawberries like this and it's awesome...

16 ounces fresh strawberries, hulled and large berries cut in half
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
8 packets of Splenda
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste

Place strawberries in a bowl. Drizzle vinegar over strawberries, and sprinkle with Splenda. Stir gently to combine. Cover, and let sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour but not more than 4 hours. Just before serving, grind pepper over berries.

Something close to under 200 calories..low in fat..low in sugar.

Pretty much things that arent unhealthy like cake, cookies, ice cream, pie, etc.

I slice peaches in half, peel and grill for awhile. They are pretty hearty as is pineapple. Serve with a lowfat bluebell.

Also the bluebell bullets are sugarfree and the ice cream sandwiches are small and not many calories but will fill you up.

Fried butter, maybe fried bacon.

I'd stay away from fried Snickers or Twinkies, might run a little high on the calories and whatnot.

Skinny Cow- All varieties.

As for grilled fruit, I've never done it, but I saw a clip about it on the Biggest Loser, and it said if you don't have access to a grill, you can put it under the broiler until the sugar starts to carmelize. Might try this with some fresh whipped cream or something.

And in regards to the strawberries and balsamic- I had a salad this week that was spinach and strawberries with a balsamic, evoo, sugar, (1 cup each), and 1 tsp of cayenne & worcestershire. It was FANTASTIC, and the consensus was that you could probably substitute the sugar for splenda and/or equal.

ETA- Frozen fruit, a little milk or water (depending if you want it creamy or more like an icee), sweetener to taste, blend until smooth and it's like eating Italian Ice or Sherbert, depending on if you use milk or water. I did this with my Magic Bullet Blender and it was good. Damn blender burned up though.

I like doing sugar free pudding "sundaes". I make the pudding, put it in an ice cream dish, add bananas, SF cool whip, sprinkles and a cherry on top. It looks like an ice cream sundae, just not as cold.

I also make "chocolate pie"

1 full graham cracker (65 calories)
1 package of Sugar Free Pudding (60 calories)
Redi-Whip (15 calories per serving- 2tbsp I think)

Very good and well under 200 calories
