That 40 yard kick return also helped LSU. Also the illegal formation penalty.

they mean the 15 yard flag on green but they made up for it with the 15 yard flag on scott

Yes, but it helped us more because we have a deeper threat and we only needed to win with a FG. UGA had to win with a TD. Also, they lost momentum.
Don't shoot the messenger I'm glad we left with a win, but UGA has a legit beef. That call changed the outcome of their play-calling. I hate SEC refs!

No use in denying it helped, but that TD was all Scott and him breaking tackles. So it gave us good real estate and the refs then turned around and called the same penalty, neither shoulda happened, but both did. LSU did something with their additional real estate, UGA didn't. UGA couldn't close the door, simple.
