Maybe finally, Les has it figured out!

My first post. Be gentle!
Listening to Les's comments this week on how defenses are stacking the box to stop our run and that we must make them pay by throwing the ball, that maybe he will stop being stuborn and take what their defense gives us. Once we make teams pay, that will open up the run game more.
If u recall, Florida made the blueprint on stoping our run game last year, and every team we have played since has used it! Our play calling is so pridictable that dc's must laugh when they game plan for our offense.
Let's just hope we see a better game plan this week!!!

Not according to the direct quotes of our opponents. Common myth of the fanbase.
Seeing that each play is either going to be a run or a pass, fans think when they call "run" or "pass" that it's predictable when in fact the odds are pretty good that you'll call it correctly (ever been right calling heads or tails?).
Actually, the problem with our offense is it's too complex and they try to do too much. So, our problem is that we're not predictable enough and can therefore never develop an identity and consistency.

That's not true at all
if we had a decent Offensive line, Scott, Keiland, and Holliday would be putting up the numbers they usually got in years past

The pre-season is over. Expect the gameplan to change.

Based on Miles saying Shep would touch the ball 10-12 times against UW, and after hearing him say he was stubborn for not throwing, I look for LSU to keep it on the ground the majority of the afternoon. He likes to do tthe opposite of what he says at the press events.

Did you just invent sarcasm? Because otherwise your "lack of originality on the Rant" comment may apply to you too.

I agree with you and feel things will get better because they will cull the plays and get down to business....I believe past play has been about evauating talent and trying a lot of things in game situations..Crowton has always been a complex OC....plus the bonus of teams not really having any idea what we are going to pull.
we will find out soon enough.

Why would somebody intentionally be an a-hole to someone on their first post?

Actually the size of the linemen should not be a big deal, check Denver Broncos Mike Shannahan era. The issue is JJ is not consistent yet with the passing game. When he gets more consistent then the opposing defenses will have to empty the stacked box which will open up the run game. Remember 7 vs 8, advantage goes to the one with 8.

It's what some rantards do. I suppose it makes them feel better about themselves.
