Going to Emril's on Monday...any suggestions

Don't know whether you're going for lunch or dinner, but ...
My top appetizers are:
The bbq shrimp with rosemary biscuit.
The homemade andouille and boudin with greens etc...
The exotic mushrooms and angel hair.
My favorite entree is the andouille crusted redfish/drum with glazed pecans and meuniere sauce.
I really haven't had anything there that I didn't enjoy.

I went a while back for lunch. I wasn't impressed with the hamburger. It was way too dried out. Service was outstanding though.
