with a 4-0 team, ranked in the top 5, but with a a fan base that is railing on the program, coaches, and players like we were 0-4. This grumbling is already being picked up by the national media, can effect recruiting, and makes us look stupid to real fans around the country such as with OK, GA, PS,OK, OSU, FSU, ND, Cal, tOSU, and other top programs who wish they were 4-0. We can be a good team if Crowton can put his offense together. The defense is greatly improved. You negatigers affect the morale of the team and shame the program with your vile antics. Georgia has the same talent as do we, have lost one game, and won 2 last second games to inferior teams, but their fans are far more optimistic than you grumblers. Let's see how two even teams play on Saturday.

being critical doesn't mean we are railing.

Miles and the players know that something isn't right.

There are many one-loss teams that are playing much better than LSU.

You do realize that TD does not reflect the entire fan base, right?

no, not at all.

If this were true the team is screwed.

bitching and whining about bad play, poor coaching or questionalbe play calling is not vile, its called being passionate fans. Sure some will find the dark cloud behind every silver lining, but that makes them basically the same as fans ever where.

These types enjoy pointing out all the negative aspects. It's how they get their kicks.

Same douchebags that were criticizing LSU after losing to Kentucky in the year we won the BCS and destroyed OSU.

I've been relatively calm and optimistic, but one has to be concerned after watching the ULL and MSU games.

It's kinda like the car that got you from point A to point B, but the front wheel is wobbling, the engine is smoking, etc. Yes, LSU is 4-0, but to not be concerned at this point is to say nothing is wrong with the car... just keep driving!

La.people know football. They know that Bama and AU's program is on the upswing and ours is going down. That goal line stand just secured the indy bowl for us. If you want to be content with mediocrity, then have at it.

Sorry dude, but the lack of cohesive game plans, kids running around with no clue what to do, delay of game penalties out of time outs, fielding punts inside the 5, sleepwalking through your "preseason", and a clueless coach who pledges each week to fix his damnstrong team all have a much greater effect on recruiting than some ranters on a message board.

I don't need to wait for it to rain. The dark clouds, cool winds, and my dog going berserk are enough for me. If you can't see the writing on the wall for this LSU football team, I don't know what else to say.

In my view we are only marginally better than last year's implosion. This is only thanks to Chavis, who is obviously a large upgrade over the 2 headed monster that was last year's d coordinator. It's just not good enough. Call me a negatiger. I don't care. I know what I see.

Should they have been praising LSU for losing to UK? Should they have been exclaiming the genius o the coaches for not running Charles Scott in the 2nd half after he had 95 yds in the first? and Instead rushing a clearly worn out and bang up Hester?

The points about supposed to be 4-0 and being ranked high with the luck of the draw are true. I travel around the country and speak with other fans, who are generally more appreciative of their programs win or lose than us --- 95% of the Penn State fans were in their seats in the last 4 minutes of the game after it was clearly lost. 30% of Tiger fans would have gone home at half in the rain storm regardless of the score.

Fans being perturbed over poorly prepared teams is no shock to anyone who follows college football.

If you're talking about leaving the stadium 2/3 full, then yes

This grumbling is already being picked up by the national media

The same national media that mentions LSU is on upset alert every week. The same national media that states LSU is not playing well every week.

quote:

OK, GA, PS,OK, OSU, FSU, ND, Cal, tOSU, and other top programs who wish they were 4-0

Every one of those teams would be 4-0 with LSU's schedule right now. LSU would have at least one loss with everyone of those teams schedule right now.

I heard on CBS and ESPN comments that it will be "sizzling and feisty" this week in BR. May not be the exact words, but the message was that we would be griping like scorned bitches and brats.
