Hello Sushi opening booths in Tiger Stadium
Hello Sushi will be bringing a new kind of Tiger bait to the LSU campus. The restaurant will have three booths in Tiger Stadium this fall, offering rolls and edamame to football fans. Angela Finch, one of the owners of Hello Sushi, says the chain has been looking to get involved with LSU for more than five years. "LSU Sports approached us about doing some advertising and we wanted to know if it was possible to set up booths in the stadium," Finch says. The booths will have the same Anime look as Hello Sushi's two Baton Rouge restaurants, thanks to DDK Design. "The booths will look like Hello Sushi, they'll be easy to spot," says manager Ashley Clarkson. The booths will offer a super cali roll and a spicy crawfish roll; items that were selected since they can hold up better in the heat. Hello Sushi is paying a fee to LSU for the booths and giving the school a cut of sales. Finch says she's looking at the Tiger Stadium locations as less of a moneymaker and more of a way of exposing Hello Sushi to 92,000 people. "This will also test our ability to mass market and offer larger catering," she says. Hello Sushi is just one of several restaurants that will have a presence in Tiger Stadium starting Saturday night: Great American Cookie Company, Honey Baked Ham, Chick-fil-A, Triple B's Cajun Cuisine, Repicci's Italian Ice, Hershey's Ice Cream and the LSU Dairy Store will all have booths in the stadium.—Timothy Boone

We never should have gone to Seattle.

Chick-fil-A
That reminds me of the Peach Bowl aka Chick-fil-a,
they were selling chicken sandwiches for $3
that's awesome while you're drinking a brew.

Sushi is okay with me if they're also selling Saki.

Anything requiring chop sticks is not stadium food... Drunk people eating the whole chunk of wasabi and getting sick? Cant wait to see puked up rice and fish in the urinals... yay.

I was at a Tampa rays game a few years ago box seats. A vendor walks down selling sushi and caesar salad

Sounds about as bad as clam chowder at a football game. Oh wait, I saw that this weekend... Seriously, hot soup at a football game? You gotta be ridiculous...
That being said, my trip to Seattle was great. Lots of fun things to do and see. Gameday was actually a bit of a let-down. The Chinooks boat was pretty cool as we took over the thing, but game disappointed. We have work to do, and I think we will recover. I think we saw some holes that with proper coaching, and an adjustment of schemes can be fixed.
