I'm a fan of Bay Leaf Indian buffet.
I'm also a fan of Sarita's Mexican Buffet on Bennington. While I'm usually not big on Mexican buffets, this place stands out. Salvadoran owned, so there are a number of solid dishes from El Salvador out on the buffet. They do a lot of good things with pork there.

One place I can tell you that suuuuucccckkkkkssss is the Belle of Baton Rouge Buffet.
