When will a remake of this be made? I always loved this movie. Still can't stop from watching them when I see one of them on TV.

I've always had a fascination with time travel movies.

I doubt anything could compare to the original. I hope this day doesn't come for quite some time.

I agree. This movie does not need to be remade.

Of course, you could say the same thing about The Karate Kid.

Hollywood sucks!

You won't find a better Biff than the original.

Don't think you could remake it. It might be cool to have a move come out in 2015 that is some sort of sequel. Don't know how it would work, but you could have most of the movie based in present time (2015) and somehow see how Marty's actions in Back to the Future II impacted the days that follow. You could have inserts of scenes from BTTF II in teh movie.

NOOOOOOOOO...we do not need a remake. No one can ever be Marty McFly again!

That would be an epic disaster.

Wasn't it like 2002 or something that they went into the future?

They're also remaking "Alien"

I blame the whole Batman reboot for all of this. Now every dumbazz h-wood exec thinks a reboot will be $$$$ in the bank.

We seriously need a American New Wave going here.

A remake of this movie would be a bad idea. The original was BEYOND a CLASSIC. A remake would not even come close to the original.

I would MUCH rather a sequel than a remake. Perhaps they could somehow work Marty having Parkinson's into it or something.

+1. But I think it would be better if they could work in scenes from BTTF 2 in it (which was their motif). Technically, they couldn't do that in 2015 since Marty changed the future already by not getting in the accident...but details never held them back before.

Marty could definitely pull off being the dad in this one, but it would be hard to make him a main character with the parkinsons. Christopher Llyod is dead I assume?

Are they remaking it or rebooting the series? There is a HUGE difference.

Just heard this from a buddy at Comic Con...

The remake will be titled, "Barack to the Future."

A young black man leaves 1980's Chicago to venture back to 1950's Kenya. Hilarity ensues as he attempts to find a power source for his time machine in the poverty stricken African nation.

Are there really NO NEW ideas left in Hollyweird?

What was once some of the most creative people in the world, now the best they can do is remake movies? Somen needs to find a new drug.
