Vodka.
The flavored and infused concoctions not withstanding... its really defined in its quality by being odorless, colorless, and tasteless.
Really good vodka is smooth, silky nothingness.

Coming from a self proclaimed expert....
I of course agree with all the previous posters.
Alcohol does indeed leave the least odor on your breath.
Just a tidbit tho. It's a widely known fact the Gin serves as a great breath neutralizer. Meaning if you haven't had a chance to brush your grill since 5 AM and you're bringing the hot new intern out for drinks after work...think your breath might be kicking? Drink Gin. Don't like the Pine Tree tasting Tangueray, go for the Bombay Sapphire.
