i am very disappointed that my suggestion of the blackened chicken pasta at BR's most renowned restaurant, chili's, didn't make the list

I believe that you have a lot of time on your hands.
Nice list.
Nice list.

Kudos for getting that started. Hopefully it catches on.

I'm not sure what to think of that list. It certainly gives people some new things to try but much of it doesn't seem very Baton Rouge to me. 3 of the top 10 are asian/indian (including the top 2). Italian/Mediterrean is supposed to be the strength of the ethnic food scene in BR but they don't show up until #6.

I am shocked that I have eaten 7 of the 25.
Good luck to you and your site.
How much is the start up costs and monthly payments on a site like that?

chelsea's grilled cheese and tomato basil or fried calamari poboy deserve to be on a casual list like that

LOL. I posted from my iPhone so couldn't do link.
And I am no where near the webmaster. My friend Chad created the site but needed help getting of moving. He asked me and another friend to help. I know nothing of cost or fees

Chelsea's grilled cheese was a tough write off

I went and had an order of Bleu Cheese chips from Byronz.
They were okay. Nothing earth shattering. A for originality.

Buckhead Diner in Atlanta and several other restaurants that I have been to has had that on the menu for quite some time, Pisces.

Incorrect, TA. Byronz invented this appetizer.

Also get the boudin balls. Best in Baton Rouge by a mile!
some things I dont agree with like this..
I find Ronnies boudin balls are far superior. Just had the ones at Opies on Sat and they were a little overcooked on the outside and the rice was a little mushy in the center. I have never been disappointed with Ronnies.

Boudin balls at ronnie's? As in ronnie's ribs?

I : kige : this. I get opies fairly often, and his boudin balls are always overcooked outside and mushy inside. Ronnie's are the best I've had in BR, though I'm not from here so I'm sure there are many other good ones.
