Not cozumels. It is closer to franks. I seem to remember afreaux saying it was very good. I wanted to check it out for lunch if it is worth it since I am going to be over there anyway. Thanks

Everything at Rio Grande is made from scratch.

Second-oldest Mexican restaurant in BR. Got some take out from there a month or two ago for some Mexican buddies an I. Good food, honestly wasn't that great.

I agree with this I was diapointed almost immediately when I fist went there Then out came the entress . Definatly made up for the pace picante sauce they served with the chips. I got a chicken fajita burrito with "meat gravy" on top it was fiya and the dos equis were cold as shite!

The sauce they serve with the chips is a dead-ringer for Pace then.

As the guy below me posted though, it's easy to overlook.

puffulufogous...you should call the Disco Party Boys. I think they play at all the local hotspots. Ask for Ernesto Angel Chavez de los Santos...he'll hook you up.

Went there this weekend for the first time.
Couldn't agree more on the sauce. Could have sworn it was Pace when I ate it.
Had me worried about the entree.
I got 3 tamales and a chicken and a beef enchilada. The tamales were pretty good as was the beef ench. The Chicken ench. was $$$$ and saved the day.
Margarita was so-so, but the bud light was ice cold.
Not bad.
