Just checked it on PACER. It is a real case, but it was dismissed in April 2008. The plaintiff was a prisoner, a crazy one at that!

Its one of those batshit crazy lawsuits that inmates often file. I remember hearing a specific beneficial reason why some of them do this, but I can't recall.
