Is it just me, or is it different when we have a player get drafted who only played one season as a transfer from another school? Happy for him, but it felt different when we had guys like Patrick Peterson and honey badger who were LSU career players.

He really was a great player. I never thought he would be as good as he was. You pull up his highlights from the Vanderbilt game a few years ago when he was at V tech and it is a great example of how much a player can improve year to year.

Of course it does. But also having a crap team the one year he was here doesn't help matters either. CR said he was one of the best cb's hes every had. Dude was definitely underappreciated.

Congrats to him and we can only hope to have such success with transfers go forward. So happy for him and his family.
Always great to have multiple years starting from Freshman year but even when we had great talented Freshmen we hardly get two good seasons much less three.

Over the last 10 years, the chiefs have drafted corners better than anyone. Marcus Peters, Trent McDuffie, charvaris Ward, Snead. Nice spot for Delane to land.
