We need to clone Dr. Now before he’s gone. I love when one of these people comes in after begging for his help only to gain weight the second weigh in. 
He never fails to destroy them over it. I recommend not watching while eating.

There's been at least one episode of a breakup due to the chick actually losing weight.
I reckon the dudes are highly undesirable or perceive themselves to be- and the morbidly super obese are the only partners they can keep/control.

I’ve been out of shows recently and decided to revisit on HBO. I only lasted 3-4 episodes same tendencies and “trauma” every single time.
It’s really striking how retarded every single person is in the episodes I watched. Forget discipline issues, they are all special needs.
