I have a friend who happens to be an active poster on this site. He has a friend in Colorado who made a career of administering a non profit. I have little trust in many of these non profit, possible money laundering schemes.

I'll give it to the DOJ, if successful, this is the killing of a sacred cow.
SPLC has been scoffed at by much of the general public for a while. They don't really try to hide their complete full-of-it-ness. Yet they're incessantly propped up by American institutions - Academia, media, tech, etc. in subtle ways.
"According to the SPLC, this hand symbol is a hate symbol." Despite a decade of pies to the face, they still get that treatment. Finishing them off would be a symbolic win, at least.
