This is another thing that ticks me off. As soon as the Democrats regain the majority, they will nuke the filibuster. I know it, you know, they know it, and the Republicans know it. Why won't the Republicans nuke it now while they have the advantage? The Democrats most certainly will nuke it to their advantage.
