This isn't as bad as I imagined it. I thought he was going to literally think it was Barack because he is senile. That guy does look like Obama.

The not-Obama thing is weak but provides useful cover for the fact that the school where Joe Biden was caught plagiarizing and where he graduated near the bottom of his class just honored him.
