Apparently for awhile. And there are a couple other accusers as well. The presser was like a hostage video though. For them to be pushing the meeting with the cops is kinda a big deal in my view.

Because he believed in his own legend... and flew too close to the sun.
He will be fully and maliciously even if righteously prosecuted... the dems get to get rid of man too big for his britches AND get to claim high ground for holding their own to standards.

Lisa Bloom's mother, as many of you probably know, is Gloria Allred. They are both pit bulls, although imo they are two more lawyers who don't have the integrity that you really need when it comes to legal representation.
That being said, this kind of case is their specialty. No wonder Swallwell resigned from Congress. He's going to be lucky if he can stay out of prison.
Is this a civil case? I haven't seen where ES has been charged with committing any crimes yet.
