So I have a friend whose cousin is a D.C. Metro detective and the rumour is there are some unsolved rapes they are looking at.

I think so. Reading the tea leaves here (and I said this last night), it sounds like Swalwell will be exposed soon as a serial sex offender. Apparently he also has several male staff members coming forward saying he raped them at a gay sex club.
Paulina Luna says that he and Gonzales both have begun the process of resigning immediately.
