Doesn't this guy want to run for President?
How is signing this bill not DISQUALIFYING? Somebody knowingly spreading HIV and not telling their victims about it, and this guy thinks that sounds great?

This guy is the worst sucking scum. A billionaire and he had toilets removed from his mansion so he wouldn't have to pay higher taxes on it. Major league POS.
Looks like he's on Ozempic to try and make weight for his presidential campaign. Which should be DOA.
ETA: Also, remember how the Democrats shut down the whole country and economy and fired people from their jobs over Covid? Made everyone wear masks and stand six feet apart? Can't attend your own family member's funeral? So spreading coronavirus = worst offense imaginable, but spreading HIV = no big deal?

Their excuse is two-fold... one, it's "stigmatizing" and that's bad. Two, HIV isn't a death sentence anymore with proper (expensive, tax payer funded) treatment.
Still disgusting.
