Helmanns
soybean oil, water, whole eggs and egg yolks, vinegar, salt, sugar, lemon juice concentrate, calcium disodium EDTA (to protect quality), and natural flavors
Dukes
soybean oil, egg yolks (higher ratio than others), water, distilled and cider vinegar, salt, oleoresin paprika, and natural flavors
You're scared of Helmanns?

Just make it yourself. One egg, extra virgin olive oil, crushed mustard seeds, and salt is all you need.
It goes bad quickly so make small batches.

A) you need lemon juice as an acid to balance the fat
B) neutral oil, not olive oil. Especially if you're using a blender or food processor. The heat can turn the olive oil bitter.

Quickly as in you’re not going to be able to leave it for months without worry.
My wife makes it every Sunday as part of her routine

Yes forgot lemon juice. We’ve always used olive oil without issue.

Disgusting. No wonder people can’t stay healthy. The slow kill.
