Is the state of Texas at a demographics tipping point politically?

It's held on as a red state despite rapidly changing demographics.
I'm curious to see how that holds as the years progress.
I honestly thought it'd be purple(ish) by this point.

So long as the state GOP doesn’t betray its voters and their values, nothing is changing
Also, the California migration has slowed considerably. As long as the natives continue to outbreed the invaders, the map isn’t getting less red

I hope you’re right, but it’s not what I’m seeing in the cities. Much like Cali. The small counties don’t matter when you have San Francisco Los Angeles San Jose San Diego Oakland Sacramento etc

I’m not sure what you think you’re seeing but we’ve had enough consecutive elections to make clear that the cities don’t run things in TX. The fact that 2024 was such a bloodbath should be relieving

Seems democrats always get their hopes up in Texas just to get crushed . It will be interesting to see how the states vote in 12 years . With so many people leaving liberal states it’s possible North Carolina, Arizona , Nevada , Pennsylvania and maybe Michigan turn red . Florida had become a solids red state over the last 8-12 years.

Most of the Hispanics I’ve encountered from living in Texas, and hunting in far South Texas for many years, are very hard working, religious, family oriented people. They would rather be beat with a 2x4 than accept government handouts. Everything the Liberals aren’t, and hate.
And they have absolutely no use for the border jumpers O’Biden let pour in. They came in the right way and hold that same expectation for others.
