Braun didn’t know he had the runner, Stanfield can’t throw past his feet, Clauss bats the ball to ensure it doesn’t go foul, Clauss misses second, Dardar pulled Braun off the bag.

I’m old. After graduating in 1981, I lived off Nicholson and after work would stroll my 1-year old son to Alec Box to watch baseball. We were there, no tickets, with the players’ families and girlfriends. A couple other fans. Jack Lamabe was the coach.

I'm not a mainieri defender, but he won a shite ton of games on solid defense. Even when the bats were cold the defense could keep you in it. If nothing else they wouldn't dig a hole for the offense.
That has always been my big knock on Jay and I thought he'd shift that direction a bit more after last year but apparently not.
This team just sucks in the field outside of a couple guys and it's killing them.

That’s because you got a big bunch of “projected“ players and not fricking real players. Stanfield can’t throw passes feet night someone mentioned and the fricker won’t throw it to a cut off man. That is basic fundamental baseball and there is absolutely no excuse for that bullshite. And this fricker wants to play centerfield? Motherfricker.
