Helped a buddy from Louisiana with a crawfish boil in Nashville a few years ago. We went light on the on the spice for the first pot. Then some a-hole from Indiana that was there said they weren't spicy at all and we were weak... well... we lit their asses up on the second and third pots. Boy, they didn't say shite after those.
