He crashed into the wall with his previously injured hand
Stayed in to finish the inning then Harden went in for him
Had ice on it in the dugout

Dardar had what appeared to be a nasty ankle injury but then popped back up a few minutes later

Bad slide into 2nd

Dude laid on the ground not moving for what felt like 5 minutes
Ronnie commented his foot was completely turned the wrong way
Trainers got him up & he shook it off & finished the inning

Would definitely be a bad weekend without stanny, dar dar, and Serna

Hopefully all is well and they can play in Oxford

Unreal. In just the past two games, Stanny, Serna and Binks have all sustained unplanned injuries.

This year's team seems cursed -- and it has nothing to do with any unorthodox choice of uniforms

yeah...and before he got to 1st base, he was having some kind of problem with his knee, limping around and flexing the knee, even the home plate umpire was concerned… i was really surprised he stayed in, then he reached 1st base, by walk i think, then had to get to 2nd base to try to avoid the double play… but when he got to 2nd base, he actually waited way too long to slide, knee got jammed up really badly, seriously bad, ankle twisted really really bad, and then he pretty much went head over heels and ended up sprawled face down for about 1.5 minutes…

As opposed to planned injuries?

Not to mention Moore.

Losing a player, especially a weekend rotation guy, midseason, is brutal. It fricks everything up. It's not losing a guy like Taylor preseason where you can basically have an open try out for his spot for a month before conference play.

I’ve had bad dislocations before and I’ve finished the game that day too but the real soreness starts the morning after. I wouldn’t expect him back this weekend if it was a bad enough dislocation to turn his foot around, it’s probably so stiff right now that he can’t move it at all

I dont think anything dislocated but i would imagine some severe hyperextension it was freaky looking the way he hit the bag
