Setting judicial rulings that don't align with your philosophies doesn't equal misconduct. This dude's just blowing a lot of hot air that his constituents will soak up like a sponge and then be disappointed when he can't deliver the platform that he ran on. Just like a typical politician...and he'll blame Conservatives in the future for not getting it done so he can get reelected. Rinse and repeat.
