Geno whines incessantly; he expects the first round to be in Storrs, the second round to be in Hartford, and the FF to be in Bridgeport. He only wins as much as he does because he has a monopoly on talent. He's always has gotten his way, and now that he no longer has the overwhelming advantage, he throws a fit. He would be an average coach at the Men's level.

He only wins because he gets talent? Anyone who gets the amount of talent that wants to go to UCONN would win too. How does he get that talent? For 41 years he has 12 championships,25 final fours they don’t just let him win.

He would do OK, but obviously, it's much easier to dominate when you have six of the 10 elite players in the entire nation. You could have Boozer, Dybansta, Lendeborg, Acuff, and Toppin in your starting five, with Wagler, Condon (from Florida), Peat, Ament, etc, and you would still struggle to go undefeated. UCONN had one game that was decided by fewer than 14 points up until tonight. As you know, the gap between players #1 and #200 is much wider in the women's game.

These arguments are dumb. I’d like to see two coaches actually throw it down like you know they won’t because they get suspended for the national championship. So instead, they’re just gonna get in each other‘s face and bark.

Genius is in fact a bitch but Dawn Staley is kinda a scumbag as well.

I can kind of get him bitching about "They tore one of our girl's jersey and didn't get called for a foul for it" during his in game interview...but the fact he was still harping on that in his post game pressor after the girl admitted she had ripped it herself out of frustration....come on man.
