Do you guys use them? Members?

Tl;dr Seattle winters suck and cold rain so visiting indoor playgrounds and they seem to be money making machines. Is it similar in the south? During summer do you take the little ones to indoor playgrounds?

Membership? No.

Went all the time when kids were little. One of them even had booze.

Urban Air was very popular with my kids, the one near me had a bar.

Certain elements in the South, as soon as they find out they can pay a small fee and dump their children off there all day, the place is basically ruined.

Yeah, the one near me also has wine and beer. Seems like a great idea since parents just want to burn energy.

Used to get summer memberships at Skyzone in Lafayette, now that Im in Houston there's one of those on every corner. I know they make bank during the summers but they seem empty most of the day during the school year.

I bet it was funny watching the kids all wobble around trying to climb nets and monkey bars and shite.

Idk if you're talking about a traditional "playground" like you'd picture in your head, or like an indoor play place with big climbing structures/slides/ballpits/etc.

There are a couple of the latter in our area that we love and will visit frequently.

Only for my child's friends' birthday parties. They are excruciating. It's basically like being at a rave, but without any drugs or alcohol. I find them to be overstimulating.
