This model was a tremendous pain in the arse. Parts didn't fit correctly. Decals kept tearing. I had to put more battle damage on the model than what was shown in the movie just to hide the parts that got messed up.

Super cool model building.

Sucks when parts don’t fit and then yeah ya gotta improvise.

Well done.

The model looks like it was worth every minute you spent on it.

Also, I’d go crazy painting all that white.

frick yeah, love the reliant.
that’s what I always imagine would be a more practical and realistic starship design…compact and simple

Great job

The aztec patterns help to break all that white up.

Looks outstanding. I really like what you did with the battle damage. I hate when kits are like that and deal fits throughout the build. Out of curiosity, which manufacturer put out this kit.

Thanks. The instructions called for far less damage. But I thought it looked a little plain, plus it was useful to hide some of the hiccups on the model

Polar lights. They also put out the Wrath of Khan Enterprise I did a few weeks ago.

The beauty of weathering is you can do as much, or as little, as you want. It’s your build.

I’ll be honest, I’ve never heard of this company. Do they primarily make si-fi and fantasy kits?

I'd never heard of them either until I saw the Enterprise model at Michaels.

Googling them, it looks like they are primarily Star Trek with some Batmobiles and Scooby Doo Mystery Machines mixed in.
