Not really my genre of model, but this is really great work. Solid improvisation with the issues with the decals.

The port nacelle should be missing.
Also, fun fact, model designer for the film got the plans wrong and inverted the saucer. Nacelles were supposed to be above and aft of the saucer. The director liked the mistake design better and there we are.

Thanks.
Yes I used masks. Base layer of pearl blue, top layer pearl white. Once I removed the masks I did a few more layers of the pearl white to soften the contrast between the two colors.
