Houston metro is a little over 10,000 square miles. You want to be a little more specific?

We used to buy from HEB several years back when the alternative was to run back home to Acadia Parish myself and grab some live sacks, which I would only do for big boils. We would find alot of dead ones from the HEB sacks, though. Probably because depending on the store, some of the seafood employees may not know how to keep them things live.
I will say this, though, about at least my local HEB. I was at the meat counter one afternoon, a customer walked in with a styrofoam ice chest to show the seafood employee that about half the sack he just bought was all dead. They gave him another full sack for free. So at least they took care of the customer.
