This may be true but one is a better representative of the university

Flonase was humbled last night and needed it.

She didn’t like the way Kara Lawson coached a USA Team she played on. When they played Duke earlier in the year, you could see Flonase making disrespectful comments towards the Duke bench.

If Flonase would have played defense correctly on the last shot, LSU would have won.

You want championships or woman of the year awards?

In the women's game you still need skilled bigs who can rebound, defend and have at least an average offensive repertoire around the rim. Joyner is average at best but undersized and Koval is basically a body that contributes nothing. Hopefully she can improve.

Does this habit kick in after 50?

The team was really missing a Reese/Morrow type player this year. Either would have made a world of difference.

The good thing is the young players got a ton of minutes and will come back better and hungry. They have "The Want" and the future is bright.

It's almost like it's a team sport. If LSU had a paint presence like Reese this year, what do you think happens?

How did LSU do in year 2 of Angel/Flau'Jae? What was missing then? Maybe it was Alexis Morris who was the difference maker? Or maybe Jasmine Carson shooting 5/6 from 3 against Iowa?

Or maybe the team as a whole was better and, more importantly, played together better.

Bingo, tired of our teams not having bigs with presence. It’s so important to have in WBB.

No true bigs on this team, and no true offensive sets will kill you.

Completely legit. She was the leader and attitude a championship team needs.

Yep. Most causal WBB fans don’t realize it’s a different game than the men. Same basic rules, but way different strategy. A big who can rebound is gold in WBB (because overall teams do miss a lot of shots in the paint).

Alexis Morris was probably the most impactful player in the 5 years. So underrated

I feel like for the most part women’s basketball turns on bigs. Because the good ones are rare.

Their bigs and overall length were the difference. Agree on Bigs in the women’s game and was worried that UCLA inside out combo would kill us anyway.

We also have no 3 pt shooting. Next year need Williams, Hines and others taking 5 or more attempts per game.
