Luka is a bitch, plain and simple. Just a white James Harden with even worse defense.

I remember when I used to start these kind of threads when defending James Harden. I have repented.

Jordan averaged 2.6 for his career with a high of 3.4 in his rookie year.

Yeah, these dudes would have been murdered in the heydays.

That is fouls committed by MJ.

Its tough to find how many fouls he drew, but he averaged 8.2 free throws attempts per game in his career.

Considering the era, that would be like 12 or 13 today.

MJ got special rules on both ends of the court.

He could draw fouls like the foul merchant himself and then maul people like Caruso or Dort on the other end.

If you were to take Jordan’s 86-87 season and apply an historical foul calls/free throw ration Jordan’s foul calls would have broken down something similar to this:

- 120 (And-1 fouls)
- 411 (2-shot fouls)
- 213 (Non-shooting / floor fouls)

Total Estimate = 744 Personal Fouls Drawn

9 fouls a game called on Jordan’s behalf

Taking away a standard 30 technical free throws and the estimated non-shooting leaves him at 521 shooting fouls called over 82 games

That's approximately 6.4 shooting fouls called in Jordan’s favor every game. That’s probably underestimated a good bit as Jordan averaged a free throw attempt more a game than Luke is now
