I’ll take it, but -

Evans pitches 7. Strikes out 9.
Guidry closes out.

LSU 5-2.

Will Wade
Hopefully he makes an appearance at the Box to receive his first well deserved ovation from the Tiger nation.

Have not heard or read much about Kentucky. How are they doing so far?

LSU sweeps, and get back on track!

Brown hits 3 HR over 3 games.
Milam gets the bat going, hitting 500 for the weekend, and his 2nd homer of the year.
Serna hits HR.

Hope Evans found his groove again by speeding up his tempo last week.

Also keeps us fans engaged in the stands, long innings can become a drag. The box gets quiet around the 5th inning, coincidentally when the starters get tired and need our energy the most.

LSU wins one, gets hammered in another, and then blows a lead late to lose the series yet again.

Tonight will be a game. Jelkin is a dawg, doesn’t give away much. Evans is better, so if you win tonight, Schmidt will give us a big advantage tomorrow so we could be 2-0.

They do have a Sunday starter in Ben Cleaver though. Hasn’t gone more than 4 innings and his numbers are inflated from pre-conference outings. We got a shot to sweep.

LSU goes 1-2 in the series, dropping game 1 and game 3. Kentucky's Game 1 pitcher is legit, so is Evans, but all it will take is 2-3 boneheaded plays on defense tonight and we will blow a tight game.

Will Wade takes the stage at Zack Bryan and does his best version of, "Something in the Orange."
