That’s a perfect place to use AI face recognition, walk and etc recognition. Track every damn one of them and follow their movements. Then in one night have a drone visit their residence.

You don’t have to kill them all. You just have to let them know they’re being watched, can be hit any time, anywhere of our choosing. You can spread it out over whatever time frame you want. If they can’t mass together and you slow down their communications, it’ll make it harder for them to rebuild their power structure. Look at what the threat of sinking oil tankers have done to the oil market. Are they sinking every ship passing through the straight of Hormoz?
Other examples are blowing the dicks off terrorists using their beepers, tracking Iran top officials with teeth implants and etc. What would happen if a terrorist detonated 1 bomb at a college football game?

Creates enemies? They are already enemies. They would shoot you dead rather than do anything to assist you.

This would require a permanent US presence.
As soon as we pull out, they will regroup and start over as the same regime controlling Iran.
