Meh, the suspect likely knew the guy he attacked. 99% of violent crime in New Orleans happens between people who owe each other money or drugs.

Most of the time but one of the victims in this shooting was a janitor hauling trash to the dumpster. Thank God the TPOS was taken care of by the Tulane cop.

Not sure how often you’ve hung out around Tulane Medical School, but it hasn’t been a nice place to hang out since probably 1965.
