Fear of inflation from oil prices.

Inflation and bonds like oil & water.

Puns and bonds like oil & water, too.

I feel you. Been there too. Prices are still just so out of whack with where interest rates are and what the houses actually are, in my area at least. I have seen some start coming down here lately, but the amount that have been on the market for ~6 months and haven't budged is kind of unreal. There is one near where I live now that has been on the market for coming up on 2 years now I think. They just lowered the price like $5k, their first reduction

Unlikely. It may slow down price increases. 90% of home pricing is local, but local markets share factors like mortgage rates. The few price drops I have seen in real estate are generally a pull back from recent increases. They seldom are actually lower than the previous year. There are exceptions, but real estate does have tendencies.

Lol. Do you open the windows on your trailer when it gets stuffy?

Not trying to dis trailer owners. My first home that I paid for was a trailer.
