These programs need to grow a spine and write contracts with appropriate repercussions for leaving early so that they won't be upset if they leave.

He didn't even "fail" at NC State. They were 12-19 last season (5-15) and finished 16th in the ACC. Now, his team did collapse in the second half of ACC play. That is undeniable. But to act like he didn't significantly improve the program, even with the late season collapse, is foolish.
