What happens if I can't find a Professional Suicide Assister wiling to assist my suicide?

Does the State have to compel someone to do so under the framework of this shite?
I know the assumption seems to be that they will always be able to find some ghoul somewhere willing to do it on any case imaginable, but the more we seem to be stretching what that actually is, the more I'm thinking there might possibly be some point where someone has a hard time finding someone willing to go forward with assisting it.
Have the places that allow this stuff, and more now seem to be pushing it hard, figured out a contingency for this scenario?

These have been proven to be as effective than having a bureaucrat take time out of his / her busy paperwork

Many went to Canada to avoid getting killed in Vietnam in the sixties and seventies, times sure have changed.
