I would argue differently as whites pay way more taxes as an average than blacks or Latinos do. Not only that but percentage wise blacks and Latinos pay very little as a whole into the tax base outside of the city sales tax

None of the ones owed reparations for slavery are alive. Their descendants don't get to cloak themselves in the victimization of their forebears to claim reparations on their behalf due to any sort of claim of indirect or 2nd (or 3rd, or 47th) degree of separation from that victimization.
