I am having a hard time finding and getting a contractor to respond to me. My rental in BR needs some facia and soffit repairs. Anyone know of any contractors that will handle this?

try one of the residential roofers they usually have guys who know how to do that, assuming wood soffit/fascia. If it’s vinyl good luck sometimes the drywall contractors will do it.

You don’t need a real contractor to do this….that is why you are having a tough time getting someone to respond. When I have to get this type of work done I just find a professional handyman on yelp.

handyman for genpop = some dude in an old truck with several lifelong unhealthy habits and a crippling child support payment.
handyman for a real estate firm or multiple property owner = a damn good way to make a living with very little stress
The former is who is going to be available to do soffit and fascia repairs
